Warranty period:
We have our own QC to test and ensure all of our products 100% passed before shipment,but sometimes the problem caused by the incorrect installation or by the shipment on trip,so we supply 1 year warranty for all of our products(dated from the sign date on the package by the receiver),exactly 365 days from the received date.

1.What can I do if I received a wrong item?
Please contact our service team once you receive wrong item within 7 days or some items missed,and please take some photos for the things you got from us,we will help you to change or resend the missed items.We will afford the shipping for the wrong unit back to us and right unit resend to you .

2.What should I do if item is defective?
A) We have our own QC to test and ensure all of our products 100% passed before shipment.

B) In most of the case, the problem caused by the incorrect installation or operation, so please take the use all of our products under the instruction. We will not be responsible for any default due to improper operation or installation.

C) Please take some video or photos for the problem and send to our service email service@beautywill.com,we will check the problem by our service team and solve your problem, we will refund you or resend a new one if the unit is defective itself.

D)If the unit was damaged by wrong operation or use,or the unit was opened and damaged by buyer,we will not respond for this case.Or buyer can send it back to us for repair,but the buyer need pay the shipping for the unit back to us, the shipping come back to buyer after repair and repair fee if factory ask for .

3.Can I get spare parts to repair my item ?
If the unit was damaged by customer,we can supply the spare part which needed as support.The customers can buy extra spare parts from us at the material cost.The customer need to pay the shipping cost for the spare parts.
